About
Your property looked after properly.
Dan's Home & Property Services is based in Picton and looks after properties right across the Wollondilly district. Homes, shops, offices, workshops, business premises, rentals and larger blocks: if it needs doing, it gets done properly.
The service started the way most good ones do. A local who was good at the work, kept turning up when he said he would, and kept getting asked back. Now the phone stays busy with regulars who hand his number to their neighbours.
“Wollondilly properties, looked after properly.”

“I was looking for someone to clean all our gutters as they were clogged and my lawn mowed. His price for the services I required was way cheaper then the other quotes that I had. His customer service and quality of work I give 10/10. He was extremely respectful, honest and thorough with his work and I would highly recommend anyone who needs maintenance work done big or small to leave it to him.”

“We urgently needed someone to mow our lawns the same day before our open home the following morning, and he went above and beyond. He was at the property within 45 minutes of my initial message. The communication was fantastic from start to finish. The lawns looked amazing, the service was professional and reliable. Highly recommend.”

“Very responsive and reasonably priced. I have been searching for a reliable handyman for a long time. Referred him to a family member today as well. He actually cares for what he does. You can't go wrong using Dan.”

“Highly recommend Dan's Property Service for gutter cleaning. He arrived on time, cleaned the gutters thoroughly and left everything spotless afterwards. Communication was great throughout the whole process and the pricing was fair. It's hard to find tradies who genuinely care about doing a proper job these days, but Dan definitely does.”
